- What shoe do you always put on first?
- When you brush your teeth where do you always start?
- If you shave do you start on the right cheek or the left?
- If you put on lipstick, do you start on the top lip or the bottom?
These are patterns that you created without even knowing. The way you eat and the way you represent food was created in just the same way, without conscious thought.
