Today’s post is about a professional couple in the UK who decided they wanted to share their experience of their tailormade program that was designed to help them out of their marital challenges.

What results did you get from our Coaching Program?
We have been able to work through all the issues that had built up over years and understand more clearly how we got to crisis point, in a safe and non-judgemental space with Stephen. We have learned how to interpret each other’s words and actions and to be better able to communicate in a loving and constructive way. We have been able to forgive each other for the hurt we have caused and as a result are closer than ever before and are excited and actively planning our future together. We now put each other’s needs first, no longer judge each other and take responsibility for our own emotions – this has been a huge breakthrough in creating deep connection and reigniting love and passion.
What exactly did you like most about the Marriage Breakthrough Program?
We liked the way we were able to work both individually and as a couple with Stephen, with feedback given between the sessions and to each other, and both felt very supported by him and helped to understand each other’s perspectives and to identify and address recurrent communication issues and arguments.
Stephen’s very practical and structured “coaching” approach – focussing on learning the communication and behavioural tools we need to adopt in the here and now to create the future we want together – was exactly what we needed in this crisis and achieved almost instant improvement in our relationship. It is far more effective than a previous experience of traditional marriage therapy which focussed on the past and was limited in its success.
We loved Stephen’s wisdom, compassion, humour and obvious passion for marriage and mending broken marriages.
Why would you recommend this Coaching Program to other Couples/Individuals who might be on the fence?
I would say it is the best money and time investment we have ever made and we will be forever grateful to have been through the program and to have been given a second chance at having a lifelong, happy and deeply fulfilling marriage.

What surprised you the most or made you the most happy about this Coaching Program?
How easy it is to grasp and employ the concepts and tools Stephen teaches and how quickly this makes communication so much easier and more effective and changes perspectives from pain and hurt to love, connection and hope for the future.
What is life like now that you’ve been through this Coaching Program?
Wonderful! We are closer than we have been for years and have so much fun and laughter together daily. We are confident and secure in our relationship and we also have a better relationship with ourselves and understanding of our individual needs and values, and are excitedly planning a life together that will meet those needs and desires.
