Barry and Jemima had hit rock bottom. They didn’t know where to turn for help. Initially they booked and postponed their initial consultation with me multiple times. I knew they were both very nervous.
In a recent session I asked them what advice would they give to others who were also unsure what to do. They both decided to share their thoughts with you.
Barry writes:
We were 20 years together and hit a major breakdown in our relationship, at our wits end, divorce was the final option. We decided to try and find help, but hours of searching on the internet for “counsellors” yielded zero results…then we found Stephen.
We were both apprehensive when deciding to take the plunge to meet with Stephen, but we can now say this is one of the best things we have done as a couple. It has been a real journey, we’ve both learnt lots about ourselves and each other.
Our advice to others, who find themselves in the same precarious position of their relationship ending, but really wanting it to last forever, is to take the plunge and meet with Stephen. He will take you on a journey of discovery for yourself and your partner.
The sessions with Stephen have been one of our greatest personal and relationship discoveries and we’re very happy that we decided to take that plunge! Have faith that in Stephen….there is support out there in desperate times.
I think Stephen will be a constant in our lives, at times in the future when we need to reset and appreciate what relationships are really about.
