Most people plan dates, they plan holidays, they plan to get married, they can even plan their children, but they don’t have a plan for their married life together.
I see this far too often that couples end up living their own separate lives whilst living under the same roof whilst bringing up children.
Not only do couples not design their life and its direction they are not designing how to manage situations as a team.

The answer is they design very little and then they don’t like where they are going or the experiences they are having.

When a couple gets married they become a team, but so many don’t act like one and that’s a real problem.
Team members are supposed to care, support, have each other’s backs and be invested in each other happiness.
