I see so many people who are profoundly affected by how others behave around them.
When other people are dictating how you experience yourself this is how people become unhappy and in some cases ill.
Others cannot and must not control what you feel, you must chose the feelings that are best for you.
You must take control back so no matter how crazy the world is around you, you don’t mirror it or let it lead you into unpleasant emotions.
The mission is to know your triggers and make sure they take you to emotions you would like.
You must learn how to chose the emotions you would like.
Most people are triggered into reactive self-destruction.
So many people lose connection with themselves in reaction to other peoples behaviours.
Stress, depression, anxiety are all possible if connection to your true self is lost.
What’s powerful about this practice is when you master this you are now in a position of personal growth and influence over those you care about.
You see when you change you are now in the right position to lead the lost reactive people around you to safety.
I see so many people become angry just because their partner is angry that is never a good choice plus it’s just fuel for the fire.
When one person loses control of themselves it’s never a good decision to chose to lose control of yourself too.
What needs to be developed is the practice of creating intelligent choice.
