Many people are taking their life far too seriously and as a result what they really want they struggle to connect to as their negative emotions take centre stage.
They are trapped in two profound gifts life and nature has given us.
Isn’t it ironic we are given amazing gifts and yet we still find a way to use them so we suffer.
Gift 1. We have the gift of our memories, but so many people get stuck in bad memories and needlessly live them over and over. The past has gone and is now only a memory.
Gift 2. We also have the gift of visualising future events and people become anxious about what might happen that’s bad. Remember the future is not yet here and so can only be a creation and a visualisation.
People are using these gifts against themselves instead of using them to create their version of heaven on earth.
Life is a perceptual experience and everyone is creating their own illusion of life good or bad.
What seems to have become normal is regardless of a person’s circumstances they seem to find a way to suffer and some people are then using personal suffering as a means to connect to others so they feel normal.
This practice isn’t normal it’s abnormal.
Creative thinking is what creates meaningful lives and negative thinking and suffering kills that creativity.
There is no doubt bad things happen, but how you use your thinking when they do is what makes the difference.
Is your thinking empowering you or disempowering or put another way are you become more or less of yourself.
You see life doesn’t happen to us, it happens as a series of lessons that we can learn from or suffer from.
Imagine the person who keeps being given lessons doesn’t see them or learn from them and so never grows as a person, no wonder that person cannot lighten up.
That’s the person who is out of control, blames others for how they feel and keeps repeating the same problems.
So a person can choose to suffer through their thinking or they can find the path to lighten their energy and discover how to use their mind to support themselves and not kill their dreams or life potential.
You only get this one go at life and every day is precious.
