I want to tell you a story…

This story is about a couple that had been married for many years, their marriage had it ups and downs. Both people were very successful, both were committed to their marriage, but had years of disconnection followed by reconnection and it cycled through these stages. They assumed this was normal and it was normal if the end of their relationship was the goal?

Of course like many couples they didn’t want to split up it was never a thought yet they were living an illusion that what they had was going to last forever.

Both were attractive people and had the opportunity of affairs over the years yet both stayed true, year after year.

Their depth of love was deep, but they had lost their passion for each other. They had focused their passion in to their work, children, interests.

This couple had not realised how vulnerable their relationship was becoming, it had taken years, but bit-by-bit they were heading for a shock that was about to blow their world apart..

Out of the blue she discovered he was having an affair and he admitted he was planning to leave her for his new lover.

He told me he never expected this to happen, but one evening on his own away on business he was reconnected to feelings he never thought he would experience again.

His tired marriage was simply no contest for this new exciting energy and what had protected him from historic advances had grown tired.

That night he let go. To this day he still can’t explain why he did this.

This couple had little idea of what they were heading for in the years before and how both of them had created a dynamic that was slowing killing their marriage.

As soon as she found out all hell broke lose. She thought her life was secure, but now she had turned into spy, interrogator, swings of loving him and hating him, disbelief and betrayal.

She couldn’t believe he could have done this to her.

He was being honest, he didn’t know what he wanted, he was confused. He loved his wife, but felt so drawn to this new woman. He was very stressed, but every time his wife’s anger took over I could see her pushing him to his new lovers arms.

He knew he should leave this new lover, but he was fighting feelings he felt he couldn’t control, maybe this was his chance to start again?

They were both now talking with lawyers, she had kicked him out the end was not far away.

It looked like they didn’t stand a chance their family had braced itself for a very destructive end.

I was about to communicate to this couple something they were not expecting and what I said was about to change their lives forever.

I will share with you what I told them later this week. If you or a friend are in this situation don’t miss what happened next that totally changed their lives. If you are not subscribed click here.

  1. Why do men think having a next woman when there marriage is failing slove the problem? ….instead , why can’t they find it within them to find ways of fighting for there marriage especially if kids involved?
